Review Care Club plans and detailsThe Prestwicke Care Club is a 12-month in-office membership care agreement, not dental or health insurance. Benefits apply only at Prestwicke Dental and only while membership is active. Covered services cannot be submitted to insurance. Membership fees, included services, preferred pricing, eligibility, cancellation, refunds, exclusions, renewal, and all other terms are governed by the written agreement, which controls if website information differs.
